Fatherlessness

Fatherlessness has become a major social problem in America, with approximately 50% of children under the age of 18 not living in the same home as their biological father. The Fathers Raising Children Project has developed a program designed to help non-custodial fathers develop and maintain an active role in their children's lives.

Our Mission is to support fathers in their efforts to be committed, involved and responsible parents, for their children, their families and their community.

The Fathers Raising Children Project is a member supported program that takes a pro-active approach on issues relating to Custody, Access and Visitation. We utilizes a combination of individual and group counseling processes to provide men with the tools necessary to navigate the family court systems and develop a positive outcome within the legal system. We also support a synergistic parenting model, which requires both parents to act in the "best interest of the child".
